Moving with your life plan in mind

When you move to another country, it matters not only when your belongings are collected but when they join your new life. Consors Logistics plans international household moves around your settling-in plan. For moves from Türkiye abroad or from abroad to Türkiye, we consider the conditions at both the pickup and the delivery address within the same plan.

What goes to the new home?

During preparation we confirm which items will go to your new home. We measure furniture, check the condition of appliances and review fragile items and the amount of personal belongings to determine the volume. The room layout and entrance dimensions of the new home matter too. Rather than assuming that a large piece of furniture that leaves the old house will fit into the new one the same way, we assess the physical conditions at both ends.

Loading, departure and delivery are different dates

In international moving, the loading date, departure date and delivery date describe different stages. Customs procedures, transshipment or local distribution may fall between them. Knowing when you will be without your belongings makes it easier to plan temporary accommodation and personal luggage. Setting aside what you will need in the first days helps you cover daily needs while you settle in.

Placement and assembly on arrival

What happens at the destination is also defined at the start. Placing items in rooms, unpacking and reassembling suitable furniture are arranged according to the scope of the quote. If the handover date of your new home is not yet confirmed, we look at alternative delivery or storage. Share your addresses and a preliminary inventory with Consors Logistics to start planning your international move.
